Marketplace Terms

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. What the Marketplace is

The Marketplace is a place inside Ablumia Paint where users share assets — brushes, textures, effects and canvases — with each other free of charge. Nothing on the Marketplace is sold, and no payment passes between users.

These terms add to our Terms. The Seller named there operates the Marketplace.

2. Who can use it

You need an active Ablumia Paint license. You must be at least 16 years old. Your license key identifies you; keep it private, and do not share it or use someone else’s.

The first time you publish, you choose a nickname. It is public and shown with everything you publish. Your email address is never shown to other users.

3. What you may publish

Only content you created yourself, or content you have the right to share under one of the licenses below.

You may not publish:

4. The license you choose

When you publish, you pick one of two licenses for your asset:

Both are irrevocable. If you later withdraw an item, people who already installed it keep the rights they received. Withdrawing removes the item from the catalogue; it does not undo what was already shared.

You keep the copyright in what you publish. By publishing, you also allow us to store, copy, display and distribute your asset and its preview as part of operating the Marketplace, and to show it in material about the application.

5. Publishing, reporting and removal

What you publish appears in the catalogue immediately. We do not check items before they are published, and we do not monitor the Marketplace. Each author is responsible for what they publish.

If you think an item breaks these terms or the law, report it from its card in the application, or write to [email protected]. Tell us which item and why. We look at reports and act on the ones we consider justified.

We may remove an item, or make it unavailable, when we believe it breaks these terms or the law — after a report or on our own initiative. You will see the reason in the application. We are not obliged to keep any item available.

6. Installing other people’s assets

Assets come from other users and are not checked by us before publication. They are provided as is, without any warranty from us. Effects contain code that runs on your graphics hardware; the application limits how long it may run, but you install third-party content at your own risk.

7. If you break these terms

We may remove your items and suspend your access to the Marketplace. This does not affect your license to use Ablumia Paint itself: the application keeps working, and your work stays yours.

8. Data

We store your nickname, what you publish, download counts, reports, and server logs. Details and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date above. Material changes will be announced in the application.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protections of your own country’s law.
